It Pays to Build In A Shovel-Ready Site in Minnesota 

Businesses that create and maintain at least ten new permanent full-time employees may benefit from the Minnesota Job Creation Fund. This tax incentive rewards up to $1 million dollars to companies that retain well-paid employees within two years of the company’s application to the program.
