Northland Foundation announced 54 grant awards across the region and Cook County certainly got its share of the $976,910 that was distributed.
I.S.D. 166 received $13,000 to expand early childhood family education programming to the west end of Cook County and Grand Portage.
Cook County Care Partners received $25,000 to support programs and services to help older adults live independently in Cook County.
