PCCP, Endeavor Development tackling third phase of development at Maple Grove’s Arbor Lakes Business Park

A joint venture between PCCP, LLC and Endeavor Development will begin the third phase of development at Arbor Lakes Business Park in Maple Grove, Minnesota.
The partnership has developed two prior phases of the site totaling four buildings and 849,138 square feet. The third phase encompasses a 197,964-square-foot industrial project on 12.5 acres at 10275 73rd Place North in Maple Grove. Construction completion is anticipated in 2026.
The Class-A, rear-load building will feature 32’ clear heights, 3,000 amps of power, 18 docks doors, two grade level doors, a 120’ truck court, and a façade of a higher finish level than traditional industrial product to blend in with the existing Arbor Lakes retail center west of the park.
