Bridge Plaza project includes five-story mixed-use building

MANKATO — Old Town has been undergoing a renaissance in recent years with multiple new businesses, the creation of Riverfront Park and the opening of a Minnesota State University satellite office focused on entrepreneurship.

Two blocks away, the northeast edge of downtown Mankato is seeing construction of a seven-story office building and a three-story outpatient mental health clinic, along with the renovation of the Ridgely Building into a 160-slot daycare center and the potential remodeling of the Landmark Building into a 62-room boutique hotel.
