Minneapolis is a new entry in the Top 20 of "America's Best Cities 2023," the annual rankings compiled by Resonance Consultancy.
Resonance, which advises in tourism, real estate and economic development, issues annual lists ranking the best 100 cities with populations of 500,000 or more in the United States, Europe and the world.
