RE Journals: The Opus Group begins construction of two-building spec industrial development in Minnesota

The Opus Group began construction on River Valley Business Park, a two-building speculative industrial development in Shakopee, Minnesota.
The project includes a 150,000-square-foot building and a 300,000-square-foot building on 51 acres. The development is located at the southwest corner of Highway 169 and Old Brick Yard Road at 3000 and 3050 Emery Way.
