Arrowhead Electric aims to expand services to remote areas of Cook County

WTIP has been following the work of Arrowhead Cooperative as it moves toward expanding its broadband services. It’s been a while since the announcement that funding had been received to continue the co-op’s work to serve remote areas of the county.
WTIP’s Rhonda Silence checked in with the local power and internet provider for an update. She spoke with Arrowhead Cooperative CEO John Twiest about the cooperative’s work with the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund and the plans to expand broadband service to remote areas of the county.
