Study names Douglas County a top place for small business owners

Douglas County is one of the top places in Minnesota for small business owners, says a new study released by SmartAsset.
The study weighed three factors: the percentage of people in a county with small business income, the proportion of that income to overall income and taxes paid by small business owners. According to the study, Douglas County came in at No. 8.
