Electric Vehicle Charging

Great River Energy’s member-owner cooperatives offer a commercial electric vehicle charger rebate program to support installations of Level 2 electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) in commercial and public settings as described below. Both purchased and leased equipment (minimum term 5 years) is eligible for rebates. Direct current fast charging (DCFC) does not qualify for this incentive.

Qualifying charging equipment includes:

  • Public Charging – for use by the general public. Examples: state parks, hotels, golf courses, grocery stores, movie theatres.
  • Workplace & Multifamily Charging – intended for employees, guests or tenants of the facility.
  • Fleet Charging – intended for company-owned vehicle charging, not generally accessible to the public. Example: city or county fleet vehicles.

Please contact your local Great River Energy member-owner cooperative for more information!
