Minneapolis-based Ryan Cos. US Inc. intends to purchase 179 acres of Thomson Reuters' campus in Eagan. The Minneapolis-based developer announced Thursday the agreement with Toronto-based Thomson Reuters, which had previously announced vacating a sizable portion of its total 263-acre campus. Ryan plans to redevelop the site.
