Fund seeks to finance projects benefitting the county and its residents Nonprofits serving Cook County and its residents are eligible for grants through the Cook County Community Fund. Interested organizations should submit an inquiry by March 18 at dsacommunityfoundation.com, the website of the Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation, where the fund is an affiliate.
