BOVEY — Highland Holdings LLC announced Wednesday that it has signed an agreement to purchase Precision Manufacturing Co. Inc., of Dayton, Ohio, with the deal slated to close in the third quarter of this year.
Highland Holdings purchased Bovey-based MNSTAR, its first wire-harness manufacturer, nearly two years ago, and has doubled that company's sales. A news release said the acquisition of Precision Manufacturing will substantially increase its production capacity in the wire-harness industry and help meet growing demand for electrical components.
