As part of the ongoing Iron Range Blandin Broadband Communities, Aitkin County held a community broadband visioning meeting 4 at Long Lake Conservation Center (LLCC).
The Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board (IRRRB) is a state agency that serves the area based on school district boundaries where there was a mine or a power sourcing facility that served that mine. Grant-funded Broadband Community projects must be within Aitkin County, with a majority of the projects benefitting the service area.
